Changing Membership Levels

Membership Overview

There are 4 WarehouseTWO Memberships available for distributors. With each tier, there are additional premium features available such as broadcast requests, posting inventory for sale, Web Market, customizable notifications, portal users, and API access.

Higher Levels Give You More!

Your membership level also determines the number of users and locations you are able to have, as well as the number of communities you can join and items you can post.

If you have reached your maximum number of users, locations, communities, or items posted, then it may be time to increase your membership level.

Change Membership Levels

• Click on “Settings” in the toolbar at the top of the page.

• Click on “Account” to load the account settings.

• Click on “Request Change” in the Membership Level box.

• In the pop-up, review the different membership levels and the premium features available for each level.

• Select your desired level of membership and click “Submit Change Request” at the bottom of the pop-up.

Requests are Not Instant

When you request a membership level change, that request is forwarded to our support team for review. A member of our support team will reach out with any additional questions or action items.
