User Disable

About Disabling an Existing User:

Disabling an existing user can be done by an account administrator in the “Settings” section.
Within “Settings”, administrators will use the “Account” section to disable an existing user. This section can also be used to edit existing users as well as adding new users.

How to Disable an Existing User:

Step 1 - Access the User Section

  • Click on “Settings” in the toolbar at the top of the page.

  • Click on “Account” to load the account section.

  • Scroll down to the “Users” section or click the “Users” button at the top of the page.

Step 2 - Disable the User

  • Click “Edit” to the left of the user that you wish to disable.

  • Click the red “Disable” button on the bottom left corner of the User Edit screen.

  • Disabled users will show on the user list with a red No in the Enabled column.
