Community Remove

About Removing Current Communities:

Removing a community can be done by an account administrator in the “Settings” section.
Within “Settings”, administrators will use the “Communities” section to view communities that you are currently a member of and request to leave communities. This includes open communities. Open communities are communities that you can leave without approval from WarehouseTWO.

How to Remove Current Communities:

Step 1 - Access the Communities Section

• Click on “Settings” in the toolbar at the top of the page.

• Click on “Account” to load the account section.

• Scroll down to the “Communities” section or click the “Communities” button at the top of the page.

Step 2 - Removing Current Communities

• Click the “Request Changes” button in the upper right corner.

• The table on the left will list all communities that are available for you to add.

• The table on the right will list all communities that you are currently in.

• Use the search bar or scroll through the list of your current communities to find the ones that you would like to remove.

• Click “Remove” next to the community you would like to leave.

• Once you have clicked “Remove” next to all of the communities you would like to leave, click the green “Review and Submit” button in the top right corner.

• In the Changes modal, you can view all the communities that you requested to leave.

• Click “Submit Request” to submit this change for WarehouseTWO administrator to review the requested changes.

• Click “Discard” to cancel and remove the selected communities.

Step 2 - Adding New Open Communities

• Scroll down to the “Open Communities” section and click the “Make Changes” button.

• The table on the left will list all communities that are available for you to add.

• The table on the right will list all communities that you are currently in.

• Use the search bar or scroll through the list of your current communities to find the ones that you would like to leave.

• Click “Remove” next to the community you would like to leave.

• Once you have clicked “Remove” next to all of the communities you would like to leave, click the green “Review and Submit” button in the top right corner.

• In the Changes modal, you can view all the communities that you requested to leave.

• Click “Submit Request” to submit this change for WarehouseTWO administrator to review the requested changes.

• Click “Discard” to cancel and remove the selected communities.
